Days Away. Day trips and bus trips from the Orihuela Costa.

bus trips orihuela costaGetting away from the sun-drenched beaches, or indeed your work desk can help a holiday be that little more adventurous, or help you relax and get away from the stresses or work, or your business, allowing you to chill and, discover something new at the same time.
Threre are many different Tour operators in and around the Orihluea Costa, who can assist you to do just that.
Day trips are a big business here on the Orihuela Costa and many of them are FREE of charge.
You may be taken to a blanket factory, a mattress factory or a wild west show and gently encouraged to purchase something or other, but it is only a small part of the day (generally the first segment) and then you get to seek out new wonders and have some adventures in and around the Costa Blanca, or Costa Claida.

The most popular trips are to Guadalest & the Algar Waterfalls (fuentes de Algar) (one of the last Moorish outposts around and high up in the mountains), Benidorm (for the famous market, the granduer of the old town) and other such days away to places like Murcia City ( Costa Calida) or  Alicante City. Other great days out include a visit to the Animal Sanctuary (great for the kids), where each animal has a (generally) sad tale to tell and they are ending their days being cared for at the Sanctuary, the wild west show (a chance to visit the Wild West, with a Old town being created for a gun-slingin' show down and you can even get A Taste of Spain...literally. This has a Flamenco show and you can sample Tapas and wines from the region...all for free.

The paid for trips also go to the same venues and shows, but these usually include a meal and a drink and you don't go to a demonstration or factory.

These day trips and bus tours are great to go on, you get to meet people and you can drench yourself in the history and splendour that the Costa Blanca has on show, without the effort of having to organise maps, drive the car, find the sat-nav or arrange where to go for your lunch.

It is all done for you.
You will almost always see information guides and booking agents at the Markets (nearest on the Orihuela Costa being Playa Flamenca Saturday market or Outside Mercadona Supermarket, Playa Flamenca), displaying where they go and which days they go to the various places and you can book with the reps too.
If you are interested then why not apporach them and find out where you can explore and remember....loads of them are FREE.
